1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the last item.

2. Effects of Withdrawal (Folgen des Widerrufs)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending the goods back — whichever occurs first.

3. Returning Goods (Rücksendung der Waren)

You must send back or return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal.

The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

5. Condition of Returned Items & Diminished Value (Wertersatz)

You must handle the goods only as necessary to test their nature, characteristics, and functioning — as you would in a store.

To avoid deductions from your refund:

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • with all original tags attached

  • with original packaging (if applicable)

If the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund.

6. Goods Excluded from Withdrawal (Ausschluss des Widerrufs)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics)

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Digital goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and similar items are not offered in this shop and therefore not applicable unless explicitly stated.

7. Refund Processing (Rückerstattungen)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider — some processing delays occur.

  3. Contact your bank — transfers can take time.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

9. Gifts (Geschenke)

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, refunds will be issued as store credit.
