  2. By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

  3. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

  4. If technical errors, availability issues, or pricing errors occur, we may decline the order. In this case, you will be notified immediately.

4. Products & Availability

  1. We offer clothing, accessories, shoes, and lifestyle goods. Product descriptions and images are provided with the greatest care but may show slight deviations (e.g., colours due to monitor settings).

  2. Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold in household quantities only.

  3. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund payments already made.

5. Prices & Taxes

  1. All prices shown include statutory German VAT and exclude shipping costs.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and in our Shipping Information section.

6. Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment methods:

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods for specific orders when justified (e.g., risk assessment, incorrect customer data).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship initially within Germany, with expansion to further EU countries. Eligible regions will be shown at checkout.

  2. Orders are processed and shipped on business days.

  3. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and method.

  4. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or external logistics providers.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right according to EU and German consumer law.

10. Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within the 14-day withdrawal period.

  2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

11. Gift Cards

  1. Digital gift cards, if offered, are valid for 3 years.

  2. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

12. Promo Codes & Campaigns

  1. Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  2. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

  3. If you return items purchased with a promo code, the refunded amount will reflect the reduced price.

13. User Accounts

  1. Customers may create an account, but registration is optional.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  3. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse.

14. Product Care & Use

Please follow the care instructions included with each product.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or washing.

19. Final Provisions

  1. Should individual clauses of these Terms be invalid, the remaining parts remain unaffected.

  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
